In some instances, the costs of pursuing a legal claim or obtaining advice can be covered by legal aid – meaning there is no, or a reduced cost. You can find out more about this via Legal Aid Information
Legal Ombudsman
Whilst the vast majority of solicitors and advice organisations are like us – here to help you – some people may find themselves unhappy with the service provided by their solicitor. The Legal Ombudsman can deal help with advice on any complaints against solicitors and poor service received.
